    4.5 200 / 4.5 250 differences....

    Maybe the 200hp is to capture the market where a hull manufacturer doesn't rate their hull upto 25hp - Nb: Horsepower equals the maximum torque figure multiplied by the max revs - that is how the 250 is: "higher output". Extend the revs.
