    90elpto 2007 outboard tilt/trim not working

    tilt/trim worked fine 2 weeks ago.. went to take the boat out and no tilt/trim.. hear a click from the relay? but if I hit it 3 or 4 times it sounds like it is tripping something from the tilt/trim motor.. resets after a few seconds then more of the same???
