    Boat cutting out at low RPM coming off idle

    Have a 4.3 Merc. Had the carb profesionally rebuilt last year and it ran fine. Took it out this year and it runs great in the open water, but coming off idle into low RPM for docking, loading, etc. it cuts out. I can keep it running if I pump the throttle but it's a real PITA. Do I need to...
