    "1997 mercruiser 3.0 lost rpm& "1997 mercruiser 3.0 lost rpm's used to be 4600 now 3700 and sluggish. timing set at 1'with wire shunted. only gets about 8' advance at 4,000 rpm out of water. Installed new esc module worked for 1 trip(4600rpm) then back to the same. What should correct advance...
