    "I have a 2006, 9.9 4 stroke t "I have a 2006, 9.9 4 stroke that starts with the choke all the way out but stalls immediately when I try to ease the choke in. Took off the carburetor and cleaned the float, low idle jet and needle but no help. Any input would be appreciated"
