    ok so i just fixed my motor had the boat for the test run every thing was going great!!! then it was like the boat juat went in to neutral?????? i quickly backed off the shifter but was very had to get back in to neutral??? then i tried to put in gear again herd the normal clunk of it going...

    ok so my problem is this, after running my boat under load for about ten minutes it will start to drop rpms.. also it will only happen if i get over 2000 rpm, also, i have changed coil, water seperater, fuel filter, problem still reamins also when i changed the inline fuel filter there was brown...

    engine dies out at high rpm then backfires 1986 350

    hey guys just boaut a 1986 chaparral with a 350 4bbl mercruiser alpha 1 out drive, it runs great at low rpms, idles great, and starts great.. but when i get to 3000 rpm it boags out and will back fire when i come off the throtle??? any ideas would be great!!!
