    can anyone tell me what part o can anyone tell me what part of the float and the carb body you measure the 16th inch from. and how far off it needs to be to cause a rich running cond. any pictures would be nice.

    1983 mercury 150 studders and puffs smoke

    "83 v6 150 runs well above idl "83 v6 150 runs well above idle,but i noticed it running rough while idleing. another thing i noticed is when im in neatral and give it a little gas then quickley return to idle the motor runs even rougher and puffs out a lot of smoke for id say about 20 secs...
