    Need info about my 150 mariner 80's model

    I have a mariner 150 from the late 80's its been.running great till two days ago. When I open her up it wont go over 3000 rpms and if I try opening it more acts like it wants to bog down. Then I took it out today after changing the plugs and making sure I was getting fire. Still wouldnt go over...
