    Not sure what you mean advancing throttle to neutral interlock? battery is new with full charge i use a trickle charger with an auto cutoff. the starter turns over fast.

    Racerone, will it hurt the impeller to turn the engine over dry to do these tests? I will run the engine and run the carb dry before the test are done so the impeller will be wet / damp. thanks again. Trying02
