    Long Shaft Conversion

    So, I've been given a Mariner 6HP outboard (MA6M 4ST) that's apparently only a few years old. However, it's a short shaft and my transom is for a long shaft, and I was wondering if anyone know how I would go about getting this converted... and if it's going to be prohibitively expensive! Thanks
