    81 evinrude 115 water pump question

    Im trying to replace the water Im trying to replace the water pump and cant figure out how to release the lower end. I have a repair manual but it doesnt seem to be very in depth. I took off all the bolts and it drops down but it wont come off. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know...
