    Why does my boat have no power?

    We have a 1984 Bayliner Capri with a Volvo Penta Aq 125a. It runs great out of the water hooked up to a hose, but when we put it in the water it idles fine, but has no power, it bogs down. The timing has been reset and carb was cleaned. Is it the accelerater pump?
