    mercury black max seems to be floofing out

    I have 86 200 blackmax.I cleaned the carbs and went and it ran fine.I went to disconnect the quick release for the on the motor and noticed the 1 caRbs was leaking out the float bowl.so removed it a fixed the gasket and is not leaking anymore.now I can't get it to idle and it acts like it floods...

    mercury 1986 200 blavk max fuel line quick connect?

    I was at the launch yesterday and I noticed some mercury around 86 model with the fuel quick connect at the motor removed.is there any benefit of doing that and is it better than the quick connect?

    I have A blackmax and it will not idle and sometimes it will.the boat sat up for sometime.did compression test it is 120 on cylinders and I am getting spark.went to run it today and it stalls when it put it gear.and sounds like it floods out.if I choke it and rev it up it will turn up Rpms and...
