    Hello, I have a mercury/Tohatsu 3.3 2 stroke that im trying to get ready for this year last year it wasn't getting any water out of the tell tale at trolling speed it did get water coming out in neutral but not much and at high speed it seemed to circulate plenty.     Hello, I have a mercury 3.3 that I have used a few times this year it has been very fuel efficient until yesterday.
