    no water to engine

    1981 OMC 140 I got it from someone said it was running for 1 hour and stopped 2 years ago was winterized , put water ears on it to try and get it running, got it to run but no water getting to engine then I checked sterndrive there no oil in it, I have to pull it to put a new Transom Seal...
