    1994 Mariner 115 shifting problem

    I have a 1994 Mariner 115 2 stroke 4 cylinder that will not shift out of forward or reverse when engine is running, shut off engine and it shifts easily back into neutral, also shifts easily into gear from neutral when engine is running but not back out of gear. Any ideas on where to start...
