    water up over and through vents in cowl

    bought 2017 targa v20 with merc 150 fourstroke, dealer cant seem to figure out why when on plane at 35-45 mph water is spraying up side of cowl an into vent openings!!! Any ideas would be sppreciated grately! ty someone thought transducer location?
