    Manual tilt on 1987 70hp long shaft mercury

    "almost impossible to raise mo "almost impossible to raise motor...It takes two men to raise it...what can i do..it has one shock..will replacing it help or is there anything else I can do to make tilting it easier..I am 77 years old and if I get in shallow water in the bay, I,m in trouble...help"
