    1999 5 HP Full throttle issue

    I just bought a1999 5 hp 2 cycle single cyl. When I run it Full throttle on my 9 ft Livinston it seems slip out of gear and rpm escalate. Then it goes back into gear and keeps going all on its own. Does not do it at slower speeds. The gear shift lever does not pop out of gear when it does this...
