    1980 Evinrude 115hp tilt trim problem

    "lowering works fine, raising "lowering works fine, raising works sometimes but not often. i push on the trottle switch many times at suddenly it works. is there a manual releif to raise it by hand. if it works one way that means the motor is good, right?"
