    2002 mercruiser not firing

    I have a 2002 mercruiser 4.3 that ran fine fine Thursday. Friday boat would not start. Saturday replaced starter boat now cranks just fine will not fire. Electric fuel pump is not turning on has 10.5 volts while cranking to the pump. When pump had power jumped to it the boat fired and ran fine...
