    Right. Sorry I wasn't clear, the fuel problem happened after the carb rebuild, so maybe there's a fuel line that isn't tight or something simple. But as far as the first problem, do I need a special tool for checking correct timing or not? There's like three different marks on the flywheel...

    Ok, one thing I forgot to mention is that all the fuel seems to be going to the bottom carb, top carb stays dry. They're both set at exactly the same adjustment.

It starts and idles great and if running on muffs it'll go wide open but put it on the lake and anything over a quarter throttle it starts bogging down and will die if you don't let up on it.
