    Johnson fuel issues

    I have a 2000 Johnson 150 outboard that will crank but not idle or run at high speed. Will run when you push choke in when it is about to go dead. Replaced the VRO pump and the carbs were rebuilt not long ago. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
