    73 model Johnson 4hp

    I've recently aquirred a Johnson 4hp. After replacing the impeller, lower unit oil and a tune up, it runs like a top. But it is very hard to turn with the tiller handle. Does anyone know if this is normal or is there an adjustment. I don't see a grease allamite or any obvious solutions...
