    I have an 88 200/HP Mercury outboard. I have replaced the oil cap and made sure the upper reservoir is full, the oil injection sensor has 13vdc going in and 3vdc pulsing to the alarm box when running. I pulled the oil injection line off the pump, a drop of oil cones out every second or less...
