    Merc 800 lower unit on mercury 1100?

    I have a 69 mercury 800 (long shaft) that started running like crap. Found a mint pair of 64-66 mercury 1100ss (one short one long shaft). Long shaft motor is missing the lower unit. My question would be, will my 80hp lower unit fit on a 110 hp? Thanks in advance.
