    Johnson 28 Hp outboard. Wont go over 7 mph

    Bought a Johnson 28 HP spl last year. It runs good in trash can but can't get it to go over 7 mph. Put a new prop on it. Someone told me to check spark and to see if it's running on 1 cylinder.
