    Impeller has been replaced! My temperature is normal now. New fuel filter. Anti siphon is clear and so is the vent. I even bypassed the tank and ran strate or of a gas can. I tried to adjust the carburetor and I closed both of the jet adjustment screws and it didn't bog down or do anything...

    Ok so my timing is advancing so that's not the problem. My impeller and housing and done for. I'm going to get a new one this week. Still don't know why I can't get above 3k rpms/9 miles hr. Any suggestions?
