    Mercury 4 hp, maybe 80 or 81. Need starting mechanism

    I just bought it. It worked one time for ten minutes. Serial number doesn't seem to match. How do I find out what part I need? I think it would be a starter kit. The pull slips off the plastic wheel. Thank you.
