    hi i was wondering if a power hi i was wondering if a power pack can be taking to a shop and get tested . i been looking for a problem with having no spark on a 1990 Evinrude 175 STLESE... i checked it by unplugging the red plug and jumping starter no spark cant seem to find kill switch wire...
