    Mariner 60 hp 1977-82 ish no spark

    I replaced the CD ignition unit on my engine 309tia02-12 to the 117tia0212 after the 309 broke. Was told that the 117 is compatible and am still having problems. There is a tad bit of spark coming from the lower plug but nothing from the top one. Any clue on how to fix this? Would be much...
