    Suzuki 250 stalling issue

    When my boat sits on the lift, it starts with no problem but 100 yards it stalls. I pump the ball and it starts right up. Where do I start, it sounds like a fuel issue. I was at the beach yesterday for a couple hours I go to leave it starts right up 100 yards crusing 3500 rpm and it stalled...
