    1996 75HP mercury outboard - lost reverse

    I have owned this boat a couple years. This last week when loading the boat I noticed I didnt have reverse. I had reverse when unloading. Didnt hit anything while on the water. Forward and neutral work fine. I disconnected the linkage to manually shift to reverse. The prop still spins freely...
