    5.0 GXi making a whining sound then starts running bad then throttles up. please help

    I have replace the belt and all the pulleys, just did the water pump and gas pump and it is still doing it. I am not a mechanic but is feels like it is sucking air then almost looses gas then gets a burst of gas. It is driving me mental.
