    1985 Mariner 90 HP tilt/trim problem

    Havent used my boat all year, finally took it out to sell it, installed new battery and the engine fired up no problem. The issue is my tilt/trim doesnt work. I can hear clicking in the motor when I press the switch up and down but thats it. It is fully down and cannot lift it to take it...
