    Ok. I purchased this boat for $100 because the sellers wife told him to "get it out of my yard now". The PO had issues with the remote. Cut some wires to splce in new one, etc etc etc. I rewired the remote. The warning horn sound when you turn the key on. I have 12v from battery to my ignition...
