    Mercury 200 20 HP (1975 I think) Manual Starter assemply help PLEASE

    Bought this engine used and it worked GREAT. The pullcord on the starter broke so I had a friend (who bragged he knew everything about boats) repair it. Now, the sheave that holds it all together is stripped (I rethreaded it) but I am having trouble getting the pawls to engage the flywheel...
