    Bushing question

    I pulled the lower unit driveshaft ect...to install a new impeller . Found a brass bushing loose in the middle driveshaft housing. I am assuming it slid off the driveshaft when I pulled it out. Does it belong up on the top of the shaft below the spline ? And if so how do I get the thing back...
