    How to disconnect shift linkage on 4 hp

    I'm trying to replace the I'm trying to replace the impeller on a 2 stroke model 4sg that I bought yesterday. I think it's a 1987 or 1988. I was able to separate the lower unit. I cannot see where to disconnect the shift linkage. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Steve
