    Endura C2 55LB THRUST ISSUE

    Since posting this, I found and repaired the issue. When replacing the brushes i inadvertently did not tighten one of the two screws properly and the brush bracket was tilted to one side. Once I realized this I tightened it down correctly and it works beautifuly.

    Hi all. I rebuilt my 2011 Endura lower unit (armature & seals, brushes etc.) My question is after reinstalling the parts the armature and prop is really hard to turn by hand.
