    Tohatsu 9.8 rev limiter?

    Hey All, Recently purchased a 2009 tohatsu 9.8 four stroke. Ran great for about a month. Then it would die at about half throttle or less. I replaced everything fuel related from the tank to the cylinder including filters, pump, primer, carb plus spark plugs. That fixed it for 6 hours...
