    Motor was rebuilt with the oil injection removed. Back to mixing. the lower case check valve is blowing oil/gas mixture into the lower engine cowling- Part #16. I’m told they did this on older motors. True? Or where would I hook up a hose line? The motor runs great. Just don’t want this...

    1989 Merc 70 mystery barb on block

    There’s a small hose barb on the block just below the 3 carbs. When running it seems like air/fuel is coming out. Where should the hose be going? There is no hose currently and any obvious parts. Should it just be capped?
