    1986 40 horse yamaha water in top 2 cylinders

    when i got this motor i knew i when i got this motor i knew it needed the carbs rebuilt so i did it.ran very well.got water in my fuel and took carbs off and cleaned them .motor ran slugish and didnt want to idle.changed plugs didnt run any better.took out new plugs the top and middle cylinder...
