    Hello to all New here to this site. I have a 96 175 black max that I recently bought. Ran great the first couple times. No known background on this engine. So I put in new plugs, changed oil in foot. Ran fine in the yard on muffs. Now everytime I put her in the water she will not run. It cranks...
