    1997 Mercury XR6 not firing.

    I have a 97 Mercury XR6 150 that is carburated not EFI. It still had the oil injection system on it and I thought it was not working as I was premixing oil to be sure. It starting fouling plugs pretty regularly. I took off the oil injection hose and plugged it off and it ran for about 2 minutes...
