    Hello, i have a 1992 Johnson faststrike motor on my skeeter bassboat and I am having a starter issue! ( I think). Turn the key and just a click. I have fully charged batteries. I have removed the cover and checked that cycloid is closing! I removed the wires from the starter and jumped 12 volts...
