    1990 Evinrude 200 xp

    Hey guys. I've got a 1990 Evinrude xp. I can get the motor up to 3100 when the boat still on the trailer. When I take it off the trailer and try to plane out it wont get over 2000 rpms. Any suggestions would be appreciated
