    2005 115 HP 2 stroke won't run above 1600 RPM after filling tank

    Hi all, Was running around in our boat this morning and stopped at the marina for gas. After filling up and idling past the no wake zone, the engine doesn't run above 1600-1700 rpm, even at full throttle. It starts and idles just fine. It doesn't bog down and stall out.. it just won't run...
