    2007 90 hp efi mercury outbd

    I am having a problem with my mercury 2007 90 hp EFI motor. I can't get past 3000 rpm without the motor spitting and sputtering and running badly. sometimes I get a six beep warning tone sometimes I don't. The motor runs great below 3000 rpm, very smooth. Any ideas anyone... Thanks
