    1977 Evinrude 85 horsepower I got have been sitting a couple years. I bought you spark plugs and clean the carburetors out. I bought a new primer bulb and hose connections from the gas tank. Put a new fuel pump assembly on it as well. I'm getting intermediate Spark but if I fire starting fluid...
